PRESENTATION and POSTER INFORMATION
1. PROOFREAD your copy.
ICRS will not be responsible for editorial errors. Change Fees are
$25 per change after the final deadline. Changes will not be made
until remittance is received.
2. PRESENTATION:
As indicated on our website, upload your presentation preference
(oral or poster). The Program Committee will attempt to allow your
preferred mode of presentation, but reserves the right to make program
changes, depending on the number and type of papers submitted. LATE
ABSTRACTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR POSTER PRESENTATION ONLY.
3. POSTER DIMENSIONS:
No larger than 121 x 121 cm (approx. 4 x 4 feet).
4. PUBLICATION:
The 2007 abstracts will be published by the Society. Copyright
will be held by the author(s) and the ICRS. These abstracts will
be citable.
5. MEETING FORMAT NOTE:
Oral presentations are limited to 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes
for questions. Posters will be on display for the entire meeting.
