From Kastrup Airport, Copenhagen (CPH) to the Scandic Star, Lund:
Take train from Terminal 3 hall Spor/Gate1 to Malmo Central and points beyond (the first point is Lund). Purchase tickets either at the counter or via the vending machines (using credit cards or cash). The train crosses the Oresund in about 20 min, with a wait in Malmo for about 10 min, and continues to Lund (about 10 min) and beyond (likely Helsingborg). [As of 15Feb, this train costs 137 SKR.]
If you plan to cross back to Copenhagen, you might want to purchase a round trip, or a multi-pass that allows multiple trips. Check at the counter for options. [Due to differences in currency, it is cheaper (about 3 SKr) to buy return in Sweden.]
Exit the train in Lund; proceed toward gate 6 exit (a few taxies) or gate 1 exit (a lot of taxies and the city bus). If you take the city bus, proceed outdoors from the gate 1 exit, walk to your right to the next main street, turn left and walk half-way down the block to the stop on your right for BUS #5 in the direction of Glimmervagen. This bus stop will be at the park in front of the Grand Hotel. The bus will cost 17 Sk, leaves every 20 min during the day, and every 30 min after 19:00, and has a stop at the Scandic Star (about 10 min ride). Note that after 21:23, the bus no longer continues to Scandic Star, and you will need a taxi.
Taxies take you to the Scandic Star at a cost of 100-135 Sk (about 10 min ride).
